Payment and Cancellation Policy

Please make full payment at the time of booking, by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Please note that a fee may apply if you cancel or change your booking, depending on the Imaging Centre’s policy:

1) If the cancellation or change occurs after the appointment has been booked, paid and confirmed, and up to 48 hours before the appointment, a minimum fee of £75

2) If the cancellation or change occurs less than 48 hours before the confirmed date and time of the appointment, or you do not attend the scan: up to 100% of the payment.
